    Foxton Ride 30th August

I dont know if anyone went, but seeing as I managed to possibly break my ankle (will know more after I get it seen) I was sidelined and got the camera out.

I took a heap of photos, cause I could and I know I got Sarah (CRFChick) but no idea who most of the others are.

Thought I'd stick em up here and see if any other KB'ers were around.

They are 99% ass shots, but seeing as I couldnt walk, it was a bit hard to move. This corner was right by where our ute was parked so the boys parked me up and I clicked away while they all rode LOL

I made it into a slideshow because there are HEAPS!

    Here are a few though.......

Dont know if anyone is even interested, but there you go LOL

Cool pics. Sucks about the ankle.

That track looks mint. I should get off my fat ass and get to these events.

Was a fun track, lots of deep dirt/sand, lots of challenges........

I found it really hard going, but I enjoyed it till I canned myself. I have a lot to learn - having not been riding all that long - so tracks like that are great for me! It had a lot of steep ups, with downs that werent too gnarly but some of which had nasty lines and easy lines.
There was a great combo of parts too. Mud bogs, paddocks, gravel, forest, rolling hills, sand, squishy dirt, bermed corners, ditches...the works!

I cant wait till next time!

Yip, was a fun day alright. The 5km or so gpt tough as I started getting tired and the whoops started getting bigger. Saw some carnage (cows not included) on the track and a few broken bikes. I just about kissed my front guard doing a superman impression over the handelbars while doing about 50km/h but managed to save it. Unfortunately some other poor guy wasn't so lucky and he went toe-to-toe with a tree. Tree 1, guy 0.
