Hey B0000M I had a leaking/split core on my 03 Ktm. I got it epoxied up by the radiator guys.
I had my 08 one there for a weld job after I dropped a spanner on it. They said they don't weld alloy anymore as the aluminum epoxy is just as good or better. I believed them because I know how good the glues in the building trade have become. So they fixed the 08 one and blanked off one core in the 03 one! Didn't remove the tanks just filled it with epoxy as it was split for quite a long way up. Seems a good job loosing, one tube, in one side of the radiator didn't seem to effect it at all either. Doesn't boil when my son gets stuck in the sand on the big dipper anyway. $60 bucks I think it cost for both repairs.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
