But you see that? Real riders wear red one-pieces and ride 2 strokes. That photo is proof.

I think you protest too much McWild.

Have you considered that your hair creates unnecessary wind drag and to some small degree is slowing you down.

It's red. Everything red makes you go a bit faster. Adds like 3rwhp.

Travelled a total of 63km on reserve which was well past my comfort zone, though at least I had Ollie on his CBR behind me all the way which was reassuring if the duck did stop.

Next time I'll fill the sucker before leaving town
Good on ya man i think it was good that you turn around otherwise we could have been a long night. Funny though because on our way back there was a tv on and some lights at little river petrol station I wonder if it was a camera or something else. I barely made it home with a flat back tyre I knew I need it to change it munted !!! I will be away overseas coming back on 27 oct so will catch up again indeed ur ducatti goes nice

sorry hysteria over the danger not histerical reactions umm still not that clear bugga. Not gettin at anyone just sayin there are lots o dangers out there for our youth and comin on one of these rides is not really that dangerous is it. We all look out for each other on the road and ride well wuthin our limits. its great to see so many bikes and riders of all levels able to share a fun experiance.

I've been told if I go on a rally that I will be single when I get back., so that is on the back burner for me. I will be along to next weeks WNR though.

    Catch you all then.
These aren't the bikes we're looking for....

Um no actually. History of these rides tells a different story, but they do seem to be getting better now and I'm sure anyone carting a passenger should/would be staying well within their limits.
If my 15yo daughter was in ChCh I'd definitely bring her along on the bike, she fit's J's gear nicely now, but the visit's over and she's gone back home to Hastings.
Had a good Adventure ride with her on Saturday when she was here though, seal, shingle, mud, more shingle and more seal, so all good.
