Helmet camera - anyone want my one?

I can't be bothered with it anymore, I've used it all of 3 times. Works ok, you can put a 8g SD card in it so 2 hours footage on high resolution. I'll just never edit the video so waste of time and I'd rather get some new boots!!

Mine was a latest release from the factory, so it can work of a 8gb card unlike most that can only use a 4gb card.

    Specs are

The very latest model from Oregon Scientific ATC5K with 1.5 inch color LCD screen

Self-contained, hands-free digital video cam with built-in 1.5" LCD screen and photo capture function, makes ATC5K an unparalleled action camera which every sports lover / family must have. The ATC5K is waterproof to 10 feet! PC and MAC compatible, Oregon Scientific ATC5K works seamlessly with most video editing software. Expandable up to 4GB with an SD card, mounts easily and includes all the mounting hardware you need.

    Specifications

    Full-function, hands-free, digital recording
Video capture at 640 x 480 VGA resolution at 30 frames per second
Waterproof up to 10 feet and shock-resistant for extreme conditions
Mounting grips and straps of different length are included. Mounts easily on helmets, handlebars, dogs, kayaks and other sports equipment
Use as a webcam when connected to a PC and as a viewfinder when connected with TV/PMP
53 degree capture field of view

    Capture digital still photos
Remote control included, activate the camera when mounted on you helmet
USB and RCA cables included for easy playback on PC or TV (NTSC or Pal)
SD card expansion up to 4GB Onboard memory is 32MB
Compatible with operation system WIN2000/XP/Vista and Apple Mac X 10.3/10.4
Operates with 2 AA batteries, not included
    Dimensions: 4.5L x 2.0 D x 3.0 H (in.)
    Included Items:

    Silicon Grease
    Rubberized Patch
    Velcro Patch
    Screw
    Nut
    Base Grip
    Helmet Grip
    Handlebar Grip
    Short Velcro Strap
    Long Velcro Strap
    Silicon Rubber Head Strap
    AV Cable
    USB Cable
    Carry Bag
    Webcam Stand
    Remote Control

They sell on trademe for over $400, so if anyone here wants it, they can have it for $350.

Only downfall is that as its made of metal, its a bit heavy, so you have to use a bit of double sided tape to hold the mount down tight.

Big upside is that its got an inbuilt LCD, so you can line it up really easy instead of making a video of the ground or sky!!

i'm interested too. Just the quality and field of view holds me off a bit but you never know how compressed the Utube vids are which is annoying. do you know wherei can find any good sample vids cheese?
