Where the fuck did you come from? Mate, excellent taste in metal. I'm a big fan of stratovarius and really like astral doors' stuff. Vocalist was also in a band called "Wuthering Heights"... excellent stuff.

Well done man! Check out my posts previously on "Lost Horizon". If you like power metal (which Astral Doors and Stratovarius are!) you'll LOVE Lost Horizon.

I have relatively recently discovered that there are bunch of people who use to be called bootleggers but who are now called "tapers" who go to live shows and then post it on the internets. not sure about the legality or whatever, but the best ones are actual soundboard rips of the shows. Of course I started with DBT (who wouldnt) but there is a bunch of stuff in the ether if you look for it.

This link is to the last ever Uncle Tupelo show in 1994. Its freakin' great.

A lot of people like the latter-day Farrar and Tweedy projects (Wilco, Son Volt varous solo acts) but Uncle Tupelo are a hundred times better than the stuff they spawned. Its genre "Americana" but since they pretty much kicked it in the arse in the late 80's early 90's its worth a listen.

I love the shit out of this.
