    All the preschooler had to do was prove he could handle the high-powered Royal Enfield Bullet... Enfield Royal Bullet enthusiasts report going as fast as 70 to 90 mph on their bikes.
    Is that what they call "high-powered" over there?!

    Rightly or wrongly, India is way ahead of New Zealand, where licences are issued according to age and incompetence, rather than competence!

    Third world NZ could learn something from India here!

    Can't see the concept catching on here.

    I know of shorties who ride, but at least have a taller partner on the back to enable them to stop at intersections etc.

    So encouraging to read that this fellow won't be legal to be on the road at least.
