Travelling back from d'Auckland early hours this morning (1.15am-ish). Between a little north of Horotiu and Te Rapa, no less than nine (9!) cop cars came racing north, lights aflashing and sirens awailing, one after the other...
I don't think I've ever seen that many in one go before. And they weren't after me neither...
Anybody know what was going on? Certainly looked serious from my side of the road...curiosity has the better of me on this one.

Had 8 swoop on myself & a couple of friends one very quite Sunday night in Auckland, seemed nothing else was going on so the entire central force came at once for a very minor event lol
