Cycletreads should come up with the goods

So they had a few technical issues. They have a huge range and the odd oversight is not worth shooting them for. I think they do remarkably well.

I do agree with you to a point here. I've usually get really great service at Cycle Treads - however that comes down to the fact that they have a great bunch of people working for them - not the management.

Since writing this thread I have since found out that it is actually the owners of Cycle Treads - Northerns - who run Cycle Treads website and therefore retracked anything that could be perceived as a dig, an apologise for, at Cycle Treads and will be taking it up with Northerns.
