    Oh right.
I used to see you every morning somewhere along the line.

The Hill is only deadly if you make it that way.
Just stay awake, dont go so fast that you have no escape route and think think think!!!
Its not as bad as people think.
Yes there are cars AND BIKES! who cut the corners, but if your not going so fast that you cant change your line if needed, Its part your own fault too.

Its not the boi racers that I worry about... Its the suits and older people. They are the most ignorant. The boi racers do cause a bit of havoc, but they are not the worst.

Shit that was a depressing thread....

God there are some utter arseholes in the world. How about we have a TV series about the real heroes of this world. Ordinary people that do the bloody business of life without drama or fuss...

And a second one focussing on how unbeliveably STUPID some arseholes are.. Not glorifying them as class heros.

    Cheers

I'd have to agree with you there.

I must admit I'll miss riding to work over the hill (at least I new what to expect - most of the time), but on the other hand I won't.

I'm going in and out to work via the hill at the moment, I leave around 6:15 usually, so very little traffic. Much better now I've got a new set of Avons on the ZZR

Was just curious, I stopped to help a guy whose 150 stroker had seized on the Raumati straights once, he said he had a Hornet at home but commuted to Porirua on the 150.

What's really strating to worry me now is the number of SUV drivers that wander a foot or more over the centre line on the straights ? I can understand them being slackers in the corners, but on the straights by Battle hill ? Some cock was trying to text whilst going round corners Friday afternoon, his frecking eyes just about bounced onto the dashboard when he saw me and realised where he was on the road. Wankers !

    Cheers all,

    Sedge.
