Nice choice dude. Are you going to race it or keep it on the road?

I think that going by the fate of his last bike his goal is to keep it in one piece for as long as possible.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

    Thanks Graham.

I'm thinking and planning for something grander than racing my road bike because I never go hard enough. 'Watch this space', and in the mean time I'm just going to enjoy the sheer power of this beast! Why was I on a 600 for 3 years is beyond me!!

My goal has always been to enjoy my bikes. And nothing has changed with this one!

Those 1litre bikes have so much power that the guys that ride them cant keep their lines at all. Has so much power that when you come to the corner you need to brake soooo hard that it messes up all your lines. No thanks, the 600 will smoke them all in the corners
That was what I was told by a really cool fast guy, he happened to wear white boots....

But it's true, they're squid machines... I'm not much faster on the corners than I was on the R6; but damn it's fun smoking pretty much everything in a straight line ! weeeee
