    New chain & sprockets.

Good old TSS. Dropped the bike off yesterday and got the bus down this morning to pick it up.

All ready to go and a bit cheaper than I was expecting.

Amazing how an ex-drive chain can make a bike feel 2nd hand. The new JT sprockets are black and make the back end of the bike look nicer than the bronze Suntour (stock - Z750's are a big deal in France) that was on there.

Plus I have that connection between right hand and rear wheel back.

Just when you start looking at different bikes....

I find the same thing with the RF and an oil change. It's not running badly as such, but once you throw new oil in it, the changes get smoother, the engine runs quieter and it seems (probably psychologically only) "happier" somehow.

Did you stay with stock gearing Jim? I love that "Hello!" effect after putting a coupla extra teeth on the back, especially if you've got a bit ho hum with the ol' girl.

Yeah. I'm old and scared of change.

I'm old and scared things won't change, things suck as they are.
