    Lost bike

Help I've lost my bike. Well someone has. Had a big off out Clevedon way last Saturday morn. 9.25 Spent the day in hospital and most of the week concussed, so brain is a bit foggy. But noone seems to know where my bike is. It is not at Southern Dist. Towing where the car I body slammed went to, The police can't find it by searchig the rego and am having all sorts of hassle trying to contact anyone who was there on the day, the 2 officers are now on night shift and haven't returned messages.
the Serious Crash Unit attended but I don't know how to find them, anyone know.
It's been nearly a week now so starting to worry.
no idea what cond its in, don't know if I hit first car head on or glanced off side, or if bike followed me through air into 2nd vehicle.
    Any ideas appreciated.
check my home page for photo of said bike GSXR1000 k2

Someone should be able to search for the actual crash job on the Police system. It should say which tow company was called in, in the job text. Ring the cop shop (any one, for that matter...) and get them to look. It'll show up.

if you are insured then ask your insurance company as they would have scooped it up (assuming they knew about the accident) rather than leave it in some jack-arse towie's yard .. the charge storage like wounded bulls when they know an insurance campany has to pick up the bill

if you are not insured try the main police staion in the crash location they should be able to give the serious crash office's number

I'm betting a towie with the local police contract has it in their yard and are watching the calendar with glee

There will be a listed recovery company for the area. The Police are obliged to pass you their information. The SOCO will be the one to contact.

Sorry to hear about your crash. Doesn't sound good, but at least you are still withus.

The operator will have a number for their office. The guys on the unit are doing other work. They get "called out" for these serious crashes.

Unless he requested a particular company, then the roster system kicks in. The next rostered firm at the time gets the tow job.

Dunno why you think the burglary squad fingerprint guys will know where it is....

Oops I meant the SOCCER team officer.

Apparently his brother is well connected in the vehicle recovery business.
