The dead possum in the middle of the road. You go where you look. If you see one on the road ... look to the side (that has the most empty piece of YOUR lane) Keep staring at it ... and you will run over it. The front wheel may slide (on the skull/body) and move to one side. It will feel like its moved a mile or more ...and put you off balance.

Q. You are riding on a suburban street and a large piece of timber is immediately in front of you and there is NO ALTERNATIVE but to ride over it. To keep control you should:

a) stand up slightly on the footrests and keep a straight course. (the correct answer right)

b) accelerate quickly over the obstacle.

c) swerve and go around the obstacle "HOW CAN YOU THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO GO OVER IT... which means this is obviously not the answer... there are so many like this...

How large is a large piece of timber... 4x4, 4x2, 6x1 a beam at 8x12 or larger... sorry if's the beam, I am stopping...

If you can't avoid it:

Scan it for nails and other sharp objects and how it lines up with your wheels then accelerate enough to carry you over the object comfortably!

Don't stop to clear it off the road unless you can be totally safe doing it!

"They", are programmed to kill you, it's not compulsory to assist them!
