Suzuki Intruder: need help please

hi everyone.
i debaffled my stock exhaust, but i got sick of the 2 into 1 exhaust.
i have 2 new exhaust tips to put on instead.
i have unbolted everything but the muffler just wont separate from the motorbike. here is a photo.

whoa you are wayy ahead in terms of bravery to what I would want to attempt on my Intruder. Being the risk adverse person I am I would recommend you see a exhaust shop. But since you fabricated most of the debaffled side of your exhaust have you tried taking a hammer to it?
