I wish you had said this 5 pages back lol.Yes, there is a designated area that is defence land(owned by the crown)If you stop and look at the signs on the way up it is clearly visable. They do have or rather used to have signs around the perimeter but dicks pull them out and when caught say "What sign" Forestry land runs to the Hi tide mark. From there to the surf is road. This is fact!!
The reason that people are getting pissed is because riders that go up to the range generally don't ride just the range but tresspass even more into the forestry, into areas that piss forestry and private block owners off so that when clubs and organisations want to have a ride for the masses up there the land owners tell us to get stuffed. Here is a classic example.
I will think twice bout going up there again now, but I don't know how you're going to stop people riding up there... its too awesome.
