I rode Nambotins factory 300 Gas Gas last week. Wow what a bike! No KTM but.... it is the sweetest handling bike I have ever ridden. A very very long way off standard though.

^ If Chris thinks it handles well then they're on to something.

The latest range looks awesome. I'd love to have a go on the 250F.

Quite like the 6Days 300 in white. Rather mint.

Note that he said that it was a long long long way from standard!
It would be like driving a V8 super car and then thinking that a standard Ford or Holden drove the same!!

the same can be said for chris' ktm.... the suspension on that bike would be a long way from stock.
same with riding any team bike and thinking all 'insert brand here' are like that, ktm included
fyi, its widely regarded that the gasgas has a mint turning bike, in stock form aswell, some even think better than the ktm....
we may just go where no ones been

I did some coaching with Chris yesterday at the sandpit and asked him about his suspension...he runs pretty close to stock - just tweaked. No excuses if you own one!

It wasnt just the suspension that made it sweet. They had raked out the forks by modding the frame, it had a slightly longer all magnezium swing arm, all the engine was magnezium, all the bolts titanium so it was super light. Not sure what they had done to the engine but it was balanced to perfection, really smooth with no vibration. Lovely piece of kit but would cost tens of thousands to build.
