Enjoy! My 990 SM is the best bike I have ever owned or ridden. 24,400km later, the first year is almost up

For a decent set of pipes, look up Mototoys, he's the aussie distributor for Wings, good quality without the price of akrapovic.

Adventure is physically larger, bigger tank, 21 odd inch front wheel, 18? for rear, a full blown adventure bike on steriods. Fairings, screen etc.

Supermoto is more of a street bike, uses 17 inch wheels, 19L tank for the 08 onwards, 17.5L for the carbed 950. Same rubber as sportsbikes (ie, standard sizing), but still long suspension, sorta like a motard on steriods (you're seeing the theme I imagine).

Supermoto Travel is a modified Supermoto, just some different accessories, at the core its identical.

Superduke is the naked bike on steriods... competitor to tuono etc.

Great machine mate, friend of mine has one and it is not shy!!

We found it doesn't have the bottom end stomp of my Hypertard but it is much more lively mid range and top end.

KTM, reliability and build she will treat you right, great guns.
    Cheers Andi & Ellen

Easy to drag the foot pegs on the road I found , alittle under powered but steered well when pushed hard , brakes worked great as did the Whitepower suspension . Enjoy

just watch you learn wheelies tho... they get very hard NOT to do... the lack of speed is very refreshing, and yet its still got plenty of punch.

Either the 950 differed, or I dunno what you're doing I've had the left peg touch down once, but you'd need to load the suspenion a fair bit, and get far over. I'm juuuust running off the edge of the rear at maximum lean, and not touching the pegs...

This will give you oodles of fun out there....KTM are fantastic machines, the 950SM is a wicked beast....Hope you have deep pockets for the tyres though....You will be wearing them out fast!
