Oxtar infinitys, brilliant, dry and comfy from day 1, that was 2 years and near 50K km of mixed riding. Some of which was very wet! Called TXC or something now I think.
I like all motorcycles equally, but some more equally than others.

Yes they should be good as they are aparently made in the same factory and are almost identical to my current BMW boots, which have been brilliant. Just 1 size to small.

    This is the latest version.
    Andy.
I had these. Had two crashes....and two broken feet !

    Luckily, sold them for $200.

In my opinion, they are too soft.

Had some of these ordered in, to try on.....NICE.
These seem more robust than the Formas, and they claim to be waterproof.
    ...am saving up. (size 45)

Yea they look quite tough. The Former ATV boots are good but not waterproof. A freind has some of the Diadora ADV boots and the soles broke on his Sth America trip. Ive had a pair of Gaerne ADV boots and they werent waterproof.

The soles on my beemer boots are still fine so they must be tough, which means the Oxtar/TXC Infinity's should be the same

Those Sidi's are nice looking boots. I had some Sidi jobs years ago, and they were great.

Only problem I see is the seam running horizontally across the inside leg. I'll never buy another pair of boots without a single panel inside leg. With my current Gearne boots, this seam is now totally ripped. I often have to wrap duct tape right around the boot now. The boot catching on the footpeg has caused me to drop my bike more than once.
Showing off for the camera since ages ago

I wear my pants with the legs over the boots so I dont think that will be a problem for me

I've almost fallen off a few times with the old "kickstart up the trouserleg" issue...

If the Sidi Combats I recently bought are any indication of materials and construction throughout their range of boots, these would be fantastic.
