    New wheels

After a stroke of good luck and a hookup from a friend, I'm now the happy owner of a 1990 nc30, 16,500 on the clock, well nearly 17,000 now..

Soon as I picked it up we went for a casual hoon over the makara rd, then later when another mate joined us in welly went over the pie-cock hill and back. Bugger me these things can turn corners ! Even on the shit IRC tires it felt solid like a left from Tua.. Except in the wet, the IRC's do not inspire confidence.. Sliding all over the show and this was at cautionary pace, might have to smoke this one up and shod it with some decent shoes..

Will post up a pic or 2 in a bit..

    Chur !

Bridgestone BT090's or Dunlop GPR a10's are what you want to be running.

Since there aren't any more Bridgestone front's in the country, Dunlop is the way to go. Or if you want something a little less sporty and longer-lived, the Dunlop GPR100's.

Good choice btw, can't be having with any of this modern rubbish.

Bitch, you don't need those awful white rims. I'll do you a favour and swap them for a pair of black ones. Black rims of, uh, +5 Awesome.

Why do you need a set? It's only the rear rim that's different. :P

And it doesn't even look as good! Only advantage is finding slicks is easier.

Plus I've got a source for a pair of white wheels (a viffer that passed through my collection), I just need to finish off these tyres first.

Dude! Look out for that giant finger that lives in your shed!
In the second photo, it looks like it's attacking the back of your new bike!
