    my 2004 CRF450R

Thinking of putting a 12 tooth sprocket on the front, has anyone done this and how did it go.

When I need and engine rebuild what options are there and with who?getting back into this after a 10 year break, trail riding only. Cheers.

Pesonally I wouldnt drop down to A 12t front sprocket what kind of riding are you doing?

When you say engine rebuild are you talking top end or full rebuild?

I did the top end on my 250 about 6hrs ago and didnt get much change out of 1k wiseco forged piston $300, 4x stainless valves $100 each, cam chain $66 and then gaskets etc
