    Could you make.....

    A chain guard for a KTM if you had the measurements or a template? The Plastic one is good but it wears over time and I am sure a alloy one would look good...

    you done a sweet job on you DR plates.
    have quite a talent.

    my mate is a alloy boat builder, i made a card board patten and he made mine from that.

    2.5mm alloy + 1mm plastic reflective coating.


    Held on with zip ties.
    Bash it back into shape with a rubber mallet.
