sounds like the rider skill level may have been a bit mismatched, and track was suited for electrics, but still, an awesome result.

    some specs on the zero-mx
    weight 71kg
    power 23hp
    torque 68Nm
    range up to 2hrs40

    more specs here

That's almost a Ducati 900 Monster equivalent amount of torque from a 71kg machine!

They should include a built in amp which plays any bikes engine sound of your choice.

haha, yeah, the adb test was favorable but dirt action magazine said they had a loong way to go especially with the suspension. Personally, i think they are for faggots.

I can't imagine suspension would be too much of a worry, thr technologys already there from current bikes just need a little tweaking. It would be battery life that I would be querying, and how long before this life starts to deteriorate?

Any bikes a good bike aint it Secondfield? Or are you just sour coz you can't ride over there?

And the 4 stroke will die again.

Battery life I'd say would be about 1-2 years.

4 strokes are gonna be killed by that new type of two stroke soon anyway arent they? Im hoping so cos two strokes are fucking epic, I think i shall program a two stoke powerband into an electric bike. Then these new two strokes will be killed by electrics, which will then be killed by something more awesome

going by that video it looks like it still lacks massively in the power stakes. And when they make it powerful enough the batteries their using now will last about 15 mins. But no doubt they'll get there
