How far have you driven/ridden - in your lifetime of driving?

Very slow day here today...$22.00 worth of sales in 2.5 hours...

So I got the calculator out...

I've been driving for 46 years and riding as well for 41. How far have I travelled on the roads in that time I wondered?

Checking the logbooks, I have averaged around 20,000km per year in the cage. Multiplied by 46 years, that's 920,000km...

On the bike, I have averaged 18,000km per year on the latest bike. But I prolly didn't ride that far in earlier days. AND I had a couple of gaps in the 41 years when I had no bike at all....soooo, let's say 20 years of continuous bike riding (conservative estimate) and maybe 10,000 km per year in that time (also conservative)...still another 200,000km.

    1,120,000 km....

No bloody wonder I have no money, paying for the gas for all that...

Anyone else bored enough to work it out?

Truck Logbooks I still have at home = 1.1 million kms over a 5 year period-
220,000 kms a year (just for them 5 years)
    Had no bike then
Worked in the trades up till then so also did fairly high cage milage daily- probably 20k a year for work alone?

Add my 15 motorcycles I have owned....
Used to get home from work and ride/drive to relax....

    Total- GOD knows!!!!
    But its bloody high

Had full bike license 25 years this December- Cage license 23 years- Truck licenses 20 years
Think the only thing I cannot LEGALLY drive ona public road is a forklift at this point
    Just ride.

Whelp, I've been driving for about 87 years, and riding for 86, and sometimes riding and driving for 23. I've got a car-truck-bike licence, and have also driven tractors gokarts boats snomobiles mywifemad and shopping trundlers. I've been on ships planes buses skis and trains, and at a quick calculation plucked out of the blue rubbish bin under my desk, rounded off to the nearest inch, I've travelled exactly about 17,306,954,211.636.
    Of some unit.

    Probably pound-hectopascal-lolliop-mutanteaters.

I have scientifically worked out an exact distance of zero.
I am in the exact location that I have travelled to, for all of my life.

I believe you waved at me on the Freeway yesterday. Do that again and there will be trouble.
