No tie up.
They used the Suzi motor in the prototype ss600 sportsbike before they developed their own engine. Then they bought Aprilia and that killed all the cool bikes...

Rear rack is the same as the one on the 750, tank and lower fairing look like they came from an 800 and the light and screen "look" like they've been bastardized from something else.

Looks to me like an old Freewindishy type ?
