It's interesting to see the Hyosung results.... They really forgot to configure the speedos didn't they?![]()
I'm glad I had dyno readings through all the gears to see how accurate mine was.
Well I have ridden a few before and been playing with dirt bikes for the best part of 12 years.
I just wanted to see how well it went...
All my life I wanted to be somebody. I guess I should have been more specific...
i have a cbr250 1989, my top speed i have got is 155 and then i slowed down fast, i was shitting myselfi been looking at a hyosung gt250r aswell, i want to turn my cbr250 into a racebike and look at getting into racing and the hyosung for work and back,
I love my Hyosung, looks good and goes well enough to keep up with traffic fine. Not quite as quick as the CBR's, but cheap on gas. I so far have gotten 400 k's to $24 of 98 octane. Pretty cheap in my books. Plus it'll sit on 120 k's an hour easily. I'm quite chuffed with it lol.

293 kph on a zxr 250c. That was on 91 octane too.
not
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
if he is scared at 150, would you rather he try to learn to go faster on the road where he can lose control, and take YOUR bike out as wel?...
starting racng at the tracks and shit is where alot more people should start early on I reckon. might teach them more about control handling and the physics that affect motorcycles.
lol reason i was shitting myself this was on the highway from the hutt to town (which was on a sunday about 6.30am only some traffic, i was shitting myself of crashing and cops lol, so i slowed down not on a racetrack, if i tried this on the racetrack which i'm about to (trying) to find a place to hire out etc, it would be sweet
hummmmmmmm
it's the time of year when it's hard not to trip over a learner friendly trackday at manfield, and if you decide you want a race bike, then i'd look at 400s, they're cheaper than 250s (even if the proposed law change goes ahead, the good 1s will be off the list still).
