rg 150, indicated 180kmh so 165/170ish km/h
160... did not realise![]()
I was in a group ride and told if I fell behind around corners (which I'm still not that keen on hooning around) to catch up on the straights. And I was always going WOT, don't know how much faster she'll go. But definitely got to 160... still doing corners slow though![]()
Make sure you don't get caught, (easier said than done) but if you do get busted going 160 ish then your going twice the legal limit so it's probably almost certain that your going to lose your license. but i'm sure you know that anyway, and i have sped too so i'm not keen on being a hypocrite.
but remember at those speeds it is a lot harder to react to certain things that may happen
swim indicated 150km/h in the wind, ~152km/h with it. sat there for a minute but it wasn't going faster. low kay factory suzuki gsx 2004. 95kg + full tank![]()
Got my cbf250 up to an indicated 70 km/h the other day on the motorway but then a truck passed me going the other way and dropped me down to 50k....
I'm comfortable going fast on straights... I don't feel unsafe. I told them I was gonna ride at my own pace which is why I was going slow around corners. Surely you don't think 160 on a straight kills you... maybe if you come off... but I don't think there is that high a chance of that happening on a straight when it's you and the road and no other traffic. And your eyes are everywhere as usual checking for any slight movement from animals and road surface...
"Speed Kills"... the brainwashing is working![]()
And 160 indicated on a ex250 is probably ~140 anyways :P
