I've had two Honda CBR250RRs (MC22L, 1990). Both of them have hit the end of the speedo at 190kph and still been accelerating.

Just over 160 on my 09 Ninja. Think I may have got a bit more but the bike felt a little unstable at that speed.

Had my ol spada up to an indicated 170kph or so. "Chasing" an r1 and a ss900.
In reality probably not much over 150. That run was the beginning of the end for that bike.
