200m walk to Parliament we appreciate your cooperation

This convoy could string out kilometers potentially, BE PATIENT and advise all attending friends you bring to be patient and be courteous

We have arranged Fee Ambulance support and intend to have a collection for them after the protest to show appreciation

    Maximum speed will be 70kms-
This will be for the benefit of NON KB members who may not be used to groups

Parking will be warden guided, these wardens will be easy to identify wearing VMCC Marshal vests as well as a BIKEOI ID Laminated card
WCC has assisted with supplying us as much safely reserved space as is possible, we may need to including front of VIC Uni and all angle parks by Parliament
We are saving these for riders already in the city and disabled riders (several are coming please respect THEIR need for the closer space)
IF asked by Marshal to park at the stadium, please comply its for the good of all we are there, not for your EGO and your bike to be seen on the steps

    Speaker and presentation
Please allow our nominated spokesperson to make our presentations, to be put together with BRONZ assistance
There will be plenty of diversity with presentation fro Political parties and Biker groups, as well as industry

There will be heavy media presence, if asked, refer the media person to one of the coordinators, our standard line should be 'see our spokesperson' to anything except "where have you come from?" "Napier- Christchursch- Kaitia' etc

    Support
A number of support vehicles have been sourced, so break down assistance will be present
BIKETRANZ have a recovery van at the Stadium and Maidestone Yamaha and Twin Cam Motorcycles are following the SH1 and AH2 convoys as well in recovery/support roles, BIG Thank you to them all

    Disclaimer
The organizers have done their utmost to cover every need for the thousands attending
We will not be held responsible for any unwarranted or unsafe actions taken by individuals to disrupt, or unballance the plans and intentions of this national event

We call on all attendee's to put the EGO aside for the day, and cooperate with the Marshals and Authorities present
No one with illegal non roadworthy bikes should ride them to this event, you may be ticketed by the heavy Police presence
Please remember, this is our countries seat of government and a business day for the nearby retail establishments
The INTENTION is to be peaceful, and to make a stand of unity and solidarity in maturity and with humility

    Personal note from StoneY
Lets show the world what Bikers really are, intelligent contributors to our society
I appreciate the amount of work everyone has done to make this happen and I also appreciate some have other intentions in continuing with 'stronger' actions and thats a good thing, but not on Tuesday

I remind everyone that Tuesday is the day to give peace a chance, and I will join you all in stronger action after this event quite willingly
Meantime, please be safe, be sane, and represent this Tuesday, give them one chance to play ball reasonably before we let the dogs out
    Respect
    Osu

    Question Photos and filming

I hope you don't mind me tacking this on here.

I'm not able to be part of the ride on the 17th Nov (work commitments I can't break) but I am planning on being at Parliament before you all arrive to take photos.

I was wondering if anyone has a video camera that I can film the arrival on and that they would trust me (and teach me) to use.

Otherwise I will just take a few hundred photos

Of course there may also be someone else that has some skills filming that may be able to do the job!
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.
