so it sounds like most are heading down on the 16th, are there any other crazies who are going down and back on the 17th? If you are looking for someone to ride with send me a PM, there are 4 of us heading down at the moment. We will be leaving early, and won't be racing down, and probably having breaky on the way. And then turning around and heading home after the protest

OK, so we had a good turn out for the local ride last Tuesday, and we've got a good few heading to Wellington next week, but what else can we do to keep the pressure on in the 'Naki?

We could of had a chance this morning, unfortunately only found out an hour in advance that Tony Ryall and Jonathan Young were visiting the hospital today, but there has to be something else.... doesn't there? (Thinking of Shane Ardern for one - he could do with a visit)

I agree, we have to keep the momentum going, even after the 17th, so any local or regional action would be good. Maybe protest action with placards/banners at public places with all the necessary info of the campaign for the uninformed public to see.

I'm having a tough time in the office with the apathetic and ignorant bunch of sheeple (even motorcyclists/scooterists). I'm trying to educate them why were protesting. Some even try to find excuses not to make submissions to ACC, so they're trying to justify their apathy and laziness.

It's so easy to lie to these zombies, no wonder National think they can get away with it.

What about poster sized statistics with an eye catching logo,to post around our local shops and towns? If it hasn't already been suggested.

Good idea, maybe Taff knows if BRONZ or someone else has already made something like that. I'll help with putting them up and whatever else.

I don't mean to be a prude - but isn't 7:30 departure a little late to get a group ride to wellingotn for a 11:30 departure - considering we are meant to be trying to be very legal so that they cannot have any backlash against us?
