OR Park at the Stadium, and walk over to Parli

Cant help much in regards to a 'city' convoy, it goes against the aim of NOT disrupting CBD
I am sure our Wellington City riders will understand, the statement is all the travellers, not so much us locals, (no offence guys) its just riders coming form FAR away makes a real statement
Cool, I wasn't thinking so much as a city convoy as a place to sneak in without having to go out of my comfort zone (haven't done a group ride at all, other riders make me nervous!) I'll see how I feel on the day. I could just park at work and join at parliament!

There is a huge amount of information as to where that is dude, see the Final Notice in ACC Levy sub forum (same section this thread is in)

    Maps attached
    Thanks.

There probably is a huge amount of information as to where that is, Stoney; but finding it is quite another matter. Try typing 'duck pond' into the Search box and you'll see what I mean. It's great that this site is so well subscribed, but it seems a victim of it's own success, to be honest. I'm trying to follow the ACC stuff and take part, but it's incredibly hard to know what's going on.

Any pointers for making sense of the site without spending an age? I'm happy to drop in every day or so, and am subscribed to this thread, amongst others.

No biggie, you copied the display text of the URL, which was shortened with the "..." in the middle, instead of the complete URL.)

Gah just saw you guys at the duck pond. If I had known what you were doing I would have come too.
I haven't been keeping up with this, I just assumed there was the one ride on the 16th.

Here is a shot of Sandra at the start of the ride and a group of the riders passing through Ohau on their way to Wellington this morning. A good turn out when I arrived in Levin - at least 30 bikes but more arrived as I was leaving to head to the spot to take photos.

I suppose the organisers are lucky in that the reporters on both papers here in Levin (me and the guy from the other paper) are both motorcyclists too and were interested enough to turn up to cover this. I'm going to have a chat to Sandra later to get something for the paper to go with the photos.
