    Thanks to J & J. Respect!

    I liked Nash!

But that Craig fulla... He was brave to see us I give him that. But he has no idea what he is on about. Clearly had a read last night and tried to memorise it all. But I assume he had his orders: Tow the Party Line. If he thinks thats it from the bikers, he has missjudged us.

May the bridges I burn light the way.

At least Craig turned up, shows his strength of character.

His mate Chris was conspicuious with his absents.

I believe Craig did listen to us and I believe he will take this up with the ACC minister.

However your right when you say He has to "Tow the National Party Line".
Unfortunately for us the National party line is "Privatise ACC".

Yes Nash did speak well and made a some very vaild points in a short space of time. He will go far in politics and any support for our cause at this time is very welcome.

Just remember this when you next get to Vote.
Votes is the only way to drive your message home with any Politician.

We tried unbelievably hard to get Chris Tremain...he is apparently a very busy man...

Personally, I would not want to be in Craig Foss's shoes...faced with an unknown number of angry bikers (especially given the media portrayal of us), he was very friendly, went out of his way to accomodate us and appeared to be genuinely listening to our concerns. He has promised to take a copy of my speech to parliament and address our concerns there.

He endeavoured to answer as many questions as possible, never got riled or angry, although at times he appeared very uncomfortable.

The guy deserves top marks, I reckon!

I saw him being nothing but opportunistic, he's a politician after all, i'm sorry but I can't ever feel like I can put too much faith in a politicians.

He did take the opportunity to make some political hay...I'll give you that. But then, this whole issue IS political, so I'll take the support from whatever quarter it appears. We don't have to accept any trade-offs either...

I meant to ask him if there was a familial link. Old Wally was from different times....he used to take the train in to Welly everyday. My old man often sat beside him and chatted about shit (as you do). How many pollies do that nowadays?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
