    Red face Cheap mods - ideas please

    I Really want to do some 'cheap' Mod's to my motorbike but i just cant think of any ideas..Iv'e been thinking for over a month now and i thought i might give this place a try so..

    Fire away

    It might be an idea to think of an objective first. Do you want mods to make it look better, sound better, perform better, etc.

    I Would really like it to sound abit more..Grunty.. but that involves alot of $$ as far as i can see.. I dont really mind any ideas welcome.

    get your supension sorted, be one of your best/first one

    waste of time having lots of power if can't use the power it already has

    My suspension is already set to how i like it. Iv'e already done that.

    go to custom chambers or virgin exhausts, they could sort out something for ya. Or save up a bit longer and get a slip on. Then download a proper fuelling map for it.

    Putting a hole in the exhaust is pretty cheap.

    Do they have custom chambers or virgin exhausts is the nelson Region?

    now you have an excuse to ride to auckland. Or remove the exhaust system and courier it up to aucks...or just buy a slip on. Or go to the wreckers and find a zx6r someone has crashed with a nice non damaged performance exhaust on it. Personally I like quiet exhausts. Makes riding around less painful on the ears and I can hear more.

    Hmm..Thanks for Ideas Keep them rolling on in I would like to make the bodywork not so plain if anybody can think of something.

    +1 for the lights, you can even get red or green ones i beleive. I dunno about the ape hangers on a sprotsbikes, but youre thinking

    I hear Hitcher is a cheap Mod, but I may be mistaken about that

    A KB sticker would look good too
