As someone pointed out in the ACC debate ACC is really just the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff.
Mr Joyce, perhaps if more money was spent on better quality roads the amount of 'accidents' might be reduced.
I have ridden/driven a lot on European roads and I have to say our roads are pretty poor.
By the way, Stephen Joyce has a degree in Zoology....and ran radio stations....
