I just want every boi racers, illegal POS race car when it is raced on the road turned into scrap metal. No second chances, don't care if you have stolen the keys to you dads BMW or your mothers SUV. Get seen and the car is scrap.

I cannot but forbear, however, to draw your attention to the fact that your bigoted harangue ignores the fact that
a) the law specifies nothing about "boi-racers". or any sort of "racers'
b) the law specifies nothing about he vehicles being "illegal"
c) the law specifies nothing about the vehicles being a "POS"
d) by no means are the vehicles you denigrate as "boi-racers" of a standard that a rational person would denote as "POS" (I realise that you do not fit into the "rational person" category)
e) The law mentions nothing about racing (which is already adequately covered in other legislation)
f) There is no reason to suppose that the drivers have "stolen" anything
g) if they were indeed driving their parents vehicles (BMW or SUV) it is most unlikley that the vehicle would be either illegal or a "POS". Your rant is as illogical as it is bigoted.
h) Fortunately "what you want" , being both unjust and idiotic, is unlikely to be given effect to in any jurisdiction outside that of the Reich indicated by your choice of avatar.

The by-law apart from being dodgy looks like it will use video surveillance as a means of enforcement. They should have used the term 'without legitimate purpose' as in to drive in these streets at night without legitimate purpose.

Just a quick read to catch up, so our conclusions thus far are:
- Boi racers eat too much maccas
- If you are caught crusing, your car wont be crushed - but racing it will.
- FTP, means fuck the pigs.........which sounds like a banjo song.
- Flip is happy to admit he is a boi racer rather than see the flaw in the law?

Fact of the matter, there are already laws that stop people being assholes. Why do we need another?
