How about the chance to opt out. I choose not to pay the levy's and decide if I want private insurance, or to just take care of myself. For the workplace gimme back the right to sue. NO ACC at all would be better than the stupid, broke useless system that we alone in the world have, Why is it that off all the countries that have looked at our system, no-one else has ever copied it?
