Talking Thank you to a few of my fellow KBers!

Well those of you who have been around a while will know the ongoing saga of my bike. Bodacious Blakamin (bless him) spent much longer than anticipated painting my ridre black before I went on holiday & we were planning to finish the job when I got back.

However!! Once I got back some antisocial arse pushed it over & dented the tank & scratched the gorgeous new paint job!

Since then I've been trying to locate a new tank, with the assistance of propitious Paul in NZ.

The kind Kickaha asked after Ghost Lemur's tank from his deceased CB and then the darling Dangerous went and checked out for me. Then the lovely Lynda Blair arranged between herself and some other friends of hers to get it back to Wellington and deliver it to me!

You are all wonderful people and I'm sooooooo grateful! I owe you all BIG time! (cripes that's just about everyone here I owe now!)
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.

    Great!

So, do you need to paint the bike again? And, how's the ignition column story? Can't wait till we can have you back out on the weekend rides again! (assuming ofcourse, you've finished your assignments )

Well done all, its great to see an hear about so many great people willing to help each other out
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

All part of the service.....what goes around comes around, you've done heaps to help others out, so you're just getting some of your karma back. (from Lynda still buzzing after the Ducati Rally @ St Arnaud...what a weekend....I was like a pig in muck).

Don't suppose GL had a spare indicator with that CB? Yours is a little 2nd hand.

Left or right? Front? Rear? The right side ones are cracked and/or bent. But the lefts are ok.

Yep, he's the guy who was President of the Ducati Owners Club of NZ the last couple of years. He took it from Chch to St Arnaud then another mate in a van took it St Arnaud-Wgtn.
