Have a crack at it yourself Joe, they are easy enough and sometimes you can find equivalent pistons and seal straight off the shelf from BNT automotive etc.
Worth a crack now with time on your hands before getting spendie, do you have a micrometer and access to gear to do it?

barry thinks it may be a warped clutch plate or something along theres lines.

i need to give a few more reves to get it to come out to neutral, all other gear changes are fine up or down..smooth as ya mums tit...

Thats something you can easily do yourself mate, just make sure you make note of the order everything came out, so it can go in the same way. The 950s have some subtle differences in the clutch plates, the first and last ones are both different to the middle ones I think, and I think the last carbon plate is rotated one tooth from how all the others sit.

[QUOTE (did you try the o ring replacement as Ryan suggested?).[/QUOTE]
you cant buy the O rings from ktm, they come as a kit. with other parts. around the $200 mark.
i took the ones out of it, and the unit in to town and brought after market ones.
they working at the moment,
but problem now is deeper in the clutch some where.
was talking the ktm mechanic from wheels of thames today.
he says possibly, lose spring bolts, or warped clutch plate.
my bike mechanic here is going to open it up on monday.
