The awesome power of the 950 and the slippery rocks meant I kept digging holes instead of going forward.

Does anyone know if a 04-08 520/525/530 clutch lever is the same as the 04 950 Adventure?

    950 part number is 60002031000.

    Eddie,

Short answer is no. The easy way to find out is go here, and put the part number in, and hit the "cross reference" button. Pretty cool when you get the hang of it.

    Thanks Roger

Very useful tool that, I was looking for some way of cross referencing it but Munns didn't come up in my search.

Cool "toy". So the 950, 640 and 690 (SM or Adv or Enduro) all share the same clutch leaver with the 525 XC ATV.

Looks like. Really helps when shopping for second hand bits. Bear in mind these are just exact part number matches tho. Often more will fit that the part numbers suggest. The wonders of KTM parts......

I've added some pics into the bike trader listing this morning and updated the add cause I forgot to list that it also has KTM bar risers fitted.

Yep. The EXC clutch levers will fit the 640, despite not being an exact match. Most of them have the same pivot arrangement, but the length varies - road bikes tend to have the longest, EXC/LC4 shorter, SX shorter again. Also the switch activation can be absent or different.

The brake levers though... don't get me started.
    Cheers,
    Colin

    KTM 950 '04 Adventure S

    Hey guys,

    New to this thread,
I've just finished my 950 build+fresh up and the bikes now in a crate for my little trip.

I have a stock Skid Plate and a Seat as surplus.

If anyone needs or wants either of them they can have them for the cost of postage.
    just PM me.

Russia, Mongolia, the Stan's and anywhere nearby that'll let a couple of kiwi's in.

Hoping to find some good terrain to put the big dirt bike to the test.
