Surprised to find that there's actually something useful on YouTube.

I realise not everybody's interested in, for example, INA v timken bearing cranks, gear drive cams etc. (actually surprised at how few local Harley enthusiasts seem to do their own work) but if you are interested in that sort of thing (esp. if you're looking at performance enhancements) have a look at the Revolution Performance podcasts:

There's some useful stuff out there but finding it takes time; filtering out the b/s is a mish. Have you ever had a nosey through this guys stuff?

I've dealt with Stephen and he's a no-nonsense type who speaks in layman's terms and his combinations are dyno-proven. He won't try to tell you he can re-invent the wheel, just how to make it go round and round properly.

Cheers for that. I'll have a look.

I'm not looking to do anything beyond Stage 1 at the moment and I'm interested in a Power Commander. That and a nice high-flow air filter setup.

Down the line if things ever go tits up I'd rather spend money on the specialist tools and do the work myself. Anyway, I've always liked working on my own bike.
