    Cool my 6r test

    Well today was the day wacked on a L plate with some plastic wire and headed off to mount vic bowling club...and it starts raining....meet this dude does some papers and we headed off, heard turn left turn left about 10 times did a U turn and then after 8 minutes we ended up at the club, thinking dam ive failed so early he sat me down and said "you go a bit to fast on the corners and through intersections and the U turn, my face = but congratulations you past well thank you ripped of the L plate done and deal. now 1 more year till another test. booyaaa
    my 250 doesn't satisfy me anymore, shes just not doing it

    Well done Chef. It feels good once you complete the full test as well, knowing all the crap is behind you.

    Yep, getting a licence in NZ hardly requires any skill or knowledge whatsoever. So long as you can stay on the bike without falling off for 10 minutes.

    its great no $400 fines hanging over me anymore ha can just relax and speed instead of be stressed and searching for pigas

    Yeah well done mate. I did the defensive driving course - a complete and utter waste of time and money if it doesn't take time off your restricted! it is not bike specific and you will be sharing the class room with a bunch of arrogant spotty faced boy racers who are only there so they can drive after 10pm or whatever it is. I would hate to be a teacher these days - I'm sure I wasn't an arrogant spotty faced teenager - definitely not a boy racer anyway in an '82 Laser
    Learn basic maintenance as motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking in
