    dude i know those pains oh-too-well, the fastest way to heal i found was just to keep moving, even just going for a walk helps aye, keeps the blood flowing an full of oxygen. i was riding again after 5 weeks after my last episode. lucky with the bike only breaking the number plate tho.

    Cheers for the advice fella.....yeah the fact there was minimal damage to the bike eased the pain a bit

    Too late man....when your at hospital in pain the last thing on my mind was making up bullshit stories to put on an ACC form(that i couldn't even fill out myself).......i feel for you Roadies getting tucked by the government but as i said earlier i contribute plenty in ACC levys so i'm not gonna start lying on official forms and end up getting myself in the shit
