    Partly right - the dearest levy is proposed on the 601CC and above, that part is right.

    The proposed cheaper levy would be on 126CC to 600CC bikes.

    The cheapest levy would be on 0 to 125CC motorcycles (including mopeds).

    The biggest loser?

    If it goes through ... laugh with me on this one, my Cagiva River 600 (601.4cc) all 34hp of it

    ... I think car regs are now rated per capacity, 0-1300, 1301-2600, 2601-4000, 4000+, bastards.
