    A vote for change?

With the proposed changes to ACC levies, that will be added to registration costs.... would it cause you vote differently in the next election ????

I don't personally vote based on a single criteria.

Following the "Who's Next" tack in regard to where ACC, and for that matter the government, is forced to act in order to keep afloat during this recession there's still a lot of water to flow under the bridge before the next election.
And in the interim this issue will likely pale into insignificance.

There are many issues as to why you vote for a political party.

Whilst this is an importanmt issue, there are more important ones.

Ignorance and utter stupidity is a key influencer.

Nah - the other lot would be doing the same thing anyway.

People have to realise that politicians aren't there to make the voter's lives easier. Never have been. Never will be

Don't vote for any of them! It only encourages them!

Same old shit every few years. People running backwards and forwards between the two like the good little sheep they are.

Yes, I voted National rather than have a Liabour government again but next time I will vote Libertarianz where I wanted to put my vote anyway!

I have lived under successive Labour-National governments for seventy years now and I can not yet tell the difference between the changes, based on outcomes!

New Zealand is a socialist state, bordering on communism, the only difference (so far) is the absence of "visible" guns to keep us under control!

But remember, it is that way because the majority of New Zealanders are pseudo communists anyway!

The politicians just cut their cloth to woo the voting public, so go figure!

I have too ... but not for as many years .... oh to be as lucky as to live so long.

I would rather a "Socialist" state than a "Police" state ... I can assure you.

There are STILL plenty of "freedoms" to dissappear yet .... and untill they do.... NZ still isn't a bad (or that expensive) a place to live ....

It is an ACC issue at the end of the day, we are all chucking a few quid in to hat to help everyone out. If it was privatised it would be like paying a premium whether we called upon it or not, but alot more expensive than cost recovery.
