I think $7000 is a pretty reasonable price for it.

People love to see pictures. Spend a day cleaning it up so it's nice and shiny and get in there with the camera. Take heaps of photos and decide afterward what ones are best. Your ad doesn't look to bad though. Only thing I would change is the "Downsides list" Ie, don't list it as a downside just briefly mention it at the bottom, as long as it's mentioned in the ad. You can then discuss that kind of stuff when people are looking at it. After going over all the awesome stuff first.

It's a nice bike though and all the aftermarket stuff makes it even nicer. Practical mods, gotta love 'em.

Cheers guys. $7k... whoa... I just paid almost that for a 15 year old 400...

Think ill take all the extras out and sell separately then, as it wont make a different to the price eh.

    Very tidy

VEry tidy, but I'd take out that bit about being dynoed, and top speed, People that are after this type of bike will know what it can do with these mods, if they ask tell them, but you don't want it to sound like its been thrashed either ya know!! Just my opinion tho.
Good luck with the sale, it seems a fair price I think.

I saw your ad and I see some alarm bells.

Cat eliminator? How was the bike tuned to run correctly after that? Power commander?

    Dynoed? Why? For racing?

Why does it have a scrape on the tank? Was it ever dropped?

    Why is the exhaust drilled?

"31982kms on the clock" So, that's on the clock. Are you implying that there are some kms NOT on the clock?

Why is there a fly screen on the front of your bike on one of the pics and not on others...

Pics are not great. No good pic of the rear tyre. Take pictures of the tyres showing the wear indicators clearly.

    ************************************************** ***

My advice would be to identify a target group that would be interested in your bike. Re-vamp your ad to make your bike look desireable to them. I suspect people who might be interested are after a clean reliable bike. Show them one.
    Ride fast or be last.
