    Thumbs up

Im just in from the filming for the Tourism promo!- huge thanks to Drisanna Sheely and her mum and brother for coming and making it all look so fabulous.
Its a good thing to have a tall, good looking woman pull her helmet off and chat to the camera!

We were filmed riding in and out of the tunnels and roosting up some of our nasty rutted hills. Drisanna was a real showgirl - blasting through the long puddles spraying water to treetop height. Then we chased the film crew on the Quad, and then they chased us on the quad. Then they nearly rolled the quad!- Thats why I dont do quad tours!

They filmed the goldmines and the cave wetas and the glow worms and us oohing and ahhing at the spectacular Coromandel views.

All up it took two hours - you will get to see about 2.5 minites of it!
It will be on their site www.onzamap.co.nz within a week and then my site, and here and Face book and Bebo and Twitter and anywhere else I can paste a link to!

The film crew are on a road trip filming 162 tourism highlights from New Zealand to showcase us to the world- they told me that this had been the highlight of their trip so far!

In fact..... they decided that I was so passionate about what I do, that they shot another interview with me to introduce the whole Coromandel segment!
Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......

    Nicely done.
Could have held the shot a little longer when she took her helmet off though
