Be careful with publishing files that violate copyright. We've previously had the ToTW copyright owners contact KB about this sort of thing.

If you really value the information you should pay for it not steal it.

Ah, fair enough, sorry guys but I was under the impression it was on the commons license as there were so many sites with copies of it!

Now that I've taken my pills, on a more constructive note.....try Lee Parks book Total Control, a lot of people find that more readable than Twist of the Wrist and it is in public libraries in Auckland.
I found both of them to have something to offer me in diffrent ways.
