" Life is not a rehearsal, it's as happy or miserable as you want to make it"
I thought it was a great ride in.
Have to agree about the harleys not understanding staggered riding though. One goes past and you think nothing of it - then all his mates follow him, on both sides of you. They also make a hell of a racket even at low speeds. When they came scooting past on both sides I thought my ears would bleed.
But luckily there weren't any sharp corners so they all made it there in the end
Great day and great people.
p.s. I have say that the meanest looking riders were the god squad. Look like full on hells angels until you see the back of their jackets - oresome.
Great Work organisers, BFTP riders had a great trip down and back.
Surprise moment for me was Crok getting a Harley moved so I could park the Duke on Molesworth Street and this big Highway 61 bloke with matching number plate shaking my hand and sharing a Nick Smith joke!!!!!
You Wellington guys/gals did a great job.
i think it was the harley riders that split the learners group to hell. i was third in line, with 2 others in my mirrors. coming up to a set of lights, and all i hear is harleys, from both sides. next thing, im doing all i can to stay behind and keep in view hopeful and xp@. i dunno what happened to the other 2 slower riders and janet and john.

Are they made of wood? Surely knot. You must be thinking of a different branch of bikers, I wooden know.
Seriously though folks, that surprises me as I ride predominately with HD owners and their riding discipline is top notch. Perhaps those that attended don't ride in groups often enough.
I hate not being apart of this. my bike isnt fit for the road and needs work. and who the hell comes to the eastern bay anyway. :-(
Thats whats up.
