It has to be a Single levy for all private motor vehicles otherwise it is not a NO FAULT system and immediately singles one group out.

But you have just singled out a group in that statement, people with a license... why just vehicles/licenses/registrations??? The scheme benefits everyone at a cost to the few.

A price i'm happy to pay, but i won't pay any unjustified costs and by justification i'm not talking about risk, i'm talking about some fuckwit getting a report seriously wrong (intentionally maybe???) and then acting on it because it says so in black and white!

With ya though. I was all for privatisation until I dug a little deeper. It is almost like they are trying to kill it and push a certain view on Joe Public so we'll roll over for them.
