Shit just us going back and forward legally over the crossing to get coffee will prob
completely jamb the place.
The never ending circle!! LOL!!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Just re-read it thx - so the protest is pretty spread out over all carparks in Mission Bay - on street and off street - would have suggested all bikes to converge on the main offstreet carpark for more visible statement - anyway, there are no parking meters on street or off street (except in two small privately owned carparks).
Hey mom,
Mission Bay is an excellent idea - I have tried to put together something similar in the CBD for the past two weeks with limited turnout (poor organisation to blame I am afraid) and the weather and everyone's commitment to Tuesday's Bikoi probably didn't help but hopefully everyone is now stirred up for a bit of breakfast on Sunday - I will be there for sure!
It would be great to involve the scooter clubs and the like as Mission Bay is accessible to those on 50cc and there are plenty of those in the city!
Also, if you are thinking of hitting the CBD the week after, there is not much legit parking in Queen Street and almost the only place open that early is Burger King - there is, however, a ton of parking up Shortland Street, Wyndham Street, High Street and Fort Street around that time.
Cheers!
Just to clarify both the sea front car parks in Mission Bay are free to park in.
On street parking is also free.

Suggest meeting point be the car park indicated by 'the fish pot cafe'. The other car park is indicated by 'mission bay'
The car parks of Patteson Ave are pay and display but by presenting the bottom of your ticket to buisnesses you get the price knocked of your bill.
I suggest we fill the sea front car parks first, then the road and then the pay and display ones (if enough attend of course)
I belive the sea front car parks have approx 80 odd spaces between them.
Do they have a time limit I'd imagine we are going to have to swap bikes after an hour or two!
