Just saw the most awesome bike ever!

Was heading home from work when i come across a slow car up ahead. Come to a stop at an intersection and i see a line of cars already formed behind thanks to this ditz doing 70 At the back of the queue i see a single headlight Always good to see another bike out on the roads!

As we leave the intersection i pass the ditz and check the rear mirror to find this bike nailed to my ass I hold him up through a couple of nice corners as im getting hammered by the wind and windblast from trucks Come to a straight and the bike creeps past me and thats when i get to see and hear the beauty that is a BSA Rocket 3

He streaks away effortlessly through the corners the bike staying nailed to its line going much much faster than i was. I was amazed at how well it took the corners.

The closest image i could find to what i saw is this http://www.classicmotorcycles.org.uk...ket3_750cc.jpg
Except this bike was black and gold and looked (from what i saw) to be in mint condition. The 3 exhausts stacked on top of one another looked seriously cool. The only part that ruined the image was the fancy red shoei!

Nice, just goe's to show that you don't need a 150hp & fat tyres on the road. They sound soooo proper too.

Triumph Hurricane,,,based on the T160 Trident.
Nothing on this earth sounds quiet like an older Brittish triple on song.

Nah it looked just like the one in the pic i had. That was the only pick i could find with the 3 exhausts. It was naked and sounded awesome.

beaut bikes alright! a couple of guys down here in our club have them....
i think one sold his last year for well over $30k
out at the norsewood pub one day and this guy gets on his and kicks it over
...and it kicks back severely tipping him, his girl, and the whole bike
over onto the road (highside as it was on the sidestand at the time!)
i dont think he's running stock compression however......

Lucky you too see one in action.. I just had a CLOSE UP with one.. Tyre was flat though Biketranz were taking it down to someone to restore and get back up and running.. So we are going to see another beautiful old bike back on the roads!!

It was fucking sex on wheels.. Pretty much exactly what you saw but in red
